Add Schema

Add

To add a schema go to Administration -> Content -> Metadata.

1. Select Schemas, the following view will be presented:

2. Click Add, the following view will be presented:

3. Edit/configure:

Schema Name

Enter an appropriate name for the schema.

Property Prefix

Enter an appropriate prefix.

Property Delimiter

Select either "." or ":" as required.

Note: The Property Delimiter separates the schema prefix and the meta tag in the source code. For example, 'dc.title' or 'og:title'.

Schema URI

Enter an appropriate URI

Publish Schema

Check when required.

4. Click Save.If required, check to make the schema global, and Save.

Associating Meta Tags with a Schema

To associate tags go to Administration -> Content -> Metadata.

1. Select Schemas, the following view will be presented:

2. Click to select the appropriate schema. The following view will be presented:

3. Check to assign the appropriate tag(s) and click associate.

4. Click Save.

Security

To associate groups with a schema go to Administration -> Content -> Metadata.

1. Select Schemas,  and select the appropriate schema. The following view will be presented:

2. Check to grant the appropriate group(s), and click update.
