Adding Members to Political Parties and Wards

 

Configure Members

Œ1. Go to Administration -> Modules -> CIS. Click Configure Members. A list of existing Easysite users is presented. An example is detailed below:

2. Either Add New User to create new Easysite user account, or select an existing user.

3. Configure the CIS Member Properties fieldset:

4. Edit/Configure:

Member Retirement Date 

If required, use the calendar to select a retirement date for the member.

Political Party 

From the drop down list select the appropriate political party.

Ward                             

From the drop down list select the appropriate ward.

5. If a form has been created to capture additional information about the member click Edit Forms. The following view will be presented:

Select an appropriate form and version.

6. If required, select an appropriate avatar for the user by clicking Edit Avatar

7.Click Save Changes.
