The Service Request Portal

The Service Request Portal is a resource made available to EIBS Ltd customers to allow a number of different services to be requested. These include software updates, design and hosting requests although also incidents in relation to issues with the authoring and administration of Easysite CMS.
Access to the Service Request Portal is not granted by the creation of your Easysite Resource Centre account and is reliant on an available Easysite Service Desk licence. Please contact your EIBS Account Manager for further information in relation to purchasing additional Easysite Service Desk licences.
