Can I login to the Service Request Portal with my Resource Centre login details?

Description

In order to create a service request we are required to remember user names and passwords for both the Resource Centre and Service Request Portal. Can these details not be the same?

Unfortunately, the Service Request Portal is a direct connection to our Microsoft Dynamic CRM which is separate to Easysite.

Due to this a separate username and password are required to created new requests and access your outstanding request information.

If you have forgotten either of the associated passwords, please use the 'Forgotten Password' functionality that is available on both login screens.

Please feel free to use the same username and password for both accounts to remove confusion.
