How can I find the Easysite version/release being used for our own Easysite installation?

Description

The Service Desk web-based reporting tool asks us to include the version/release of Easysite we have installed before we are able to create a request although we cannot see where this is referenced.

The current release in use on your installation can be found in two separate ways.

Through the Administration interface

  1. Review the footer of this page (bottom of this screen) to see the full product release currently installed.

Through viewing the browsers page source

  1. When viewing the site (or in Front End Management) right click anywhere on the screen and choose 'View Source' from your menu options (Internet Explorer).
  2. At the top of the page source that appears, beneath the title tags, in the first meta tag you should see the full product release of Easysite currently installed.
