How can we close our own service requests?

Description

We have an outstanding request which has now been resolved although we are unsure how we get this removed from our list of outstanding requests.

Unfortunately this is not possible. 

This will need to be completed by the Easysite Service Desk. If you are happy for a request to be closed, please leave a note in the request and the Easysite Service Desk will do the rest.
