How can we reactivate a closed request?


We have recently confirmed with the Easysite Service Desk that something is resolved although we need to again access the information on how. We have logged in to the Service Request Portal and it appears that the request has already been closed.

Unfortunately this is not directly possible, however the Easysite Service Desk can upon request.

Please create a request via the Service Request Portal to enable the Easysite Service Desk to re-activate a closed request.
