How can we view our closed request?


We have recently confirmed with the Easysite Service Desk that something is resolved although we need to again access the information on how. We have logged in to the Service Request Portal and it appears that the request has already been closed.

Unfortunately this is not possible. 

Closed requests cannot currently be viewed via the Service Request Portal, nor will this be possible in the near future.

Information on closed requests can be made available upon request.

Please log a query via the Service Request Portal if you require information on a closed request or wish to reactivate a closed request.
