We have updated a request so how do I make sure it is looked at quickly?

Description

We have just added a new note to an outstanding request although how can we be sure that this will be seen and escalated accordingly.

When a note is added to an outstanding request, the Easysite Service Desk are notified instantly with details of your new notification.

The status will then change automatically to 'Advise Support' to indicate that you have added a note.

A member of the Easysite Service Desk will check the response as soon as possible and update the status accordingly.

If required, the request will be escalated to the appropriate area of the company for further investigation.
