In some versions of Internet Explorer the browser does not clear the cache when an author logs out of Easysite. This may result in an old version of the page being displayed. It is recommended that users change browser settings to allow headers to control browser caching.
To change the browser settings go to:
Internet Options -> Browsing History -> Settings -> Temporary Internet Files.
There are four options under "Check for newer versions of stored pages". In IE8, by default, this is set to "Never". Select the option for "Automatically".
