Managing a Project

Overview

To manage an existing Project go to Home and select the Required Project. The following view will be presented:

The Overview tab displays the last two week activity in date order. The navigation on the right displays Tasks and Events for the for a one week period, starting on the day before the current date.

1. Select the appropriate option:

  • ManageEditing Project details, adding additional Features and project members, and assigning categories to a project.
  • MessagesCreating and categorising messages to other Users.
  • TasksCreating and managing Consonance Tasks.
  • FilesUploading Files directly to a Project, or view files added via other features such as Task and Messages.
  • CalendarCreating and managing Consonance Calendar events.
  • ChatPublic and Private Chat between Members of a Consonance Project.
