Creating and managing Consonance Calendar events.

Note: the Calendar displays both Events and Tasks. For example:

Add event

To add an event to the Calendar select the appropriate event and select Calendar.

1. Click Add event. The following view will be presented:

2. Edit/configure:

Title

Enter an appropriate title for the Event.

Attachments

If required click Add attachments to browse for or Drag and Drop a file.

Start/Finish

Enter appropriate Start and Finish dates and times for the Event.

Category

Select an appropriate Category for the Event.

Notify

Click Add user... to select Members who will be notified of the Event by email.

4. Click Save.
