Editor setup for Authors by Group

To manage editor setup go to Administration -> Content -> Editor. The following view will be presented:

Normal

To setup standard formatting options select Edit for the appropriate group. The following view will be presented:

1. Edit/configure:

Control

Uncheck to disable the appropriate option(s).

2. Click Save Settings.

Extended

This option allows a group to apply custom formatting which may have been created in the style sheet.

1. To allow the use of customer formatting select Edit for the appropriate group. The following view will be presented:

2. From the dropdown select the appropriate style sheet, and then check to allow the required styling option(s)

3.Click Save Settings.

Note: the advanced formatting options are added to the Style dropdown on the page editing toolbar. For example:

Token Configuration

A number of Easysite functions allow the use of token when creating messages. To disable this option go to Administration -> Content -> Editor.

1. Edit/configure:

Enable Text Replacement Tokens

Uncheck to disable the function.

2. Click Save Changes.
