Manage locales

Languages and regions may be combined to create a locale, a location specific version of a page.

To manage locales go to Administration -> Languages -> Locales. The following view will be presented:

1. Edit/configure:

Restrict Navigation To Active Locale Only

Check if required.

Note: once an end user selects a locale, pages which do not exist as active locale pages will hidden from the user.

Suppress auto locale selection via user webbrowser 

Check if required.

Note: by default Easysite will interrogate the users' browser language settings. If an appropriate locale exists it will automatically present that locale to the user.
