Access Channel Entries

 

Add New Access Channel Entry

To add an entry to an Access Channel, go to Administration -> Modules -> Access Channels. Select the appropriate Access Channel. The following view will be presented:

  1. Click Add New Access Channel Entry. The following view will be presented:

2.Edit/Configure:

Name  

Enter the contact name.

Access channel URL     

If there is an online contact option (for example a Contact Us page), click Browse to create an internal link to the appropriate page.

Location, Phone, Fax, Email

The box labels defined when creating the access channel are presented here. Enter the contact information as required.

Link Text, Link URL   

If required, add an additional online contact option or information. Create a friendly name for the link and then browse to create an internal link to the appropriate page. E.G. Link to a biography page for the contact.

Icon                                   

If required, click browse to open the asset manager. Select an appropriate icon, avatar of image for the contact.

Description                     

Enter a description of the contact. E.G. a job title.

If required, enter appropriate additional information for the contact.

More info Box 2 Label   

If required, enter appropriate additional information for the contact.

Active 

Check to make the entry available for use on the page.

 

 

2. Click Save Entry Details. The following view will be presented:

Edit Access Channel Entry

To edit an existing Access Channel entry, select the appropriate entry and edit the details as above.

Delete an Access Channel Entry

To delete an entry check the delete option for the appropriate entry and select Save Selections.
