Displaying CIS Events

 

The CIS module may be combined with the Calendars module. For information on general configuration of the events calendar see the Event Calendar Module User Guide.

Edit Event Structure

In Easysite manager go to Modules -> Calendars and Select an appropriate Event Calendar.

1. Select Manage Events and click to edit an appropriate event:

2. Click Edit Structure:

The following elements may be added to the CIS enabled Event Calendar:

Adding CIS enabled Events to a Page

1. Drag and Drop the Events element onto the appropriate page or template and configure the element. The following view will be presented:

2. Edit/configure:

Committee Details Path

 Click change to create a link to the appropriate bodies page.

Parish Council Details Path

Click change to create a link to the appropriate bodies page.

Outside Body Details

Click change to create a link to the appropriate bodies page.

Show Councilors

Check if required.

Show Clerks

Check of required.

Display member details using form element categorisation

Check if required.

Display Register of Interests

Check if required.

Hide Control When no Specific Member Requested

Check if required.

Always Suppress Show All Members Link 

Check if required.

Retired Member Message 

Create an appropriate message.

Display Expired Memberships

Check if required.

Enable Search

Check to add a keyword search function to the element.

Note: if this option is selected check enable the appropriate dedicated search options.
