Manage Permissions
To apply permissions to a DataStore instance go to Administration -> Modules -> DataStore.
1. Select the appropriate instance, and click Manage permissions. The following view will be presented:
2. Use the Filter Groups drop down to view Unassigned Groups then check to add the appropriate permissions to the relevant groups.
Note: read permission allows users to view DataStore when presented in list form. This includes the site search results and any RSS feeds containing data from the DataStore.
Note: write permissions allows users to edit the DataStore.
Note: you can set the write permission to the whole DataStore instance here or use Enable record level permissions.
3. Select Save,and then Finish.
