Assign Workflow

Record level permissions

In order to add workflow to a directory record level permissions must be enabled via the directory details interface. Once these permissions have been enabled, the following options will be available for the directory:

1. Select Assign Workflow. The following view will be presented:

2. Select the appropriate workflow and click Apply.

Note: for information on creating workflows see the workflow help articles.

Moderating Workflow

To moderate directory entries go to Administration -> Modules -> Directories.

1. Select the appropriate Directory and click Manage Directory Entries. The following view will be presented:

2. Click Moderate. The following view will be presented:

3. Select Accept, Reject or Edit as required.
