Booking attendance

To define booking rules forĀ Events go to Administration -> Modules -> Events.

1. Select the appropriate Events instance and click Options.

2. Select Setup and then booking. The following view will be presented:

3. Edit/configure:

Booking Attendance

Select the appropriate option.

Note: if Available to nominated groups is selected, check to select the appropriate group(s).

Capacity Warning Message

Enter an appropriate warning message.

Default booking method

Select the appropriate option.

Note: for chargeable events select Booking Page, and select an appropriate page. This page should contain a Form which includes an eShop Variable Product element.

4. Click Save.
