The Application Forms option allows Administrators to create questions containing pass/fail criteria. Users must meet these criteria in order to proceed to the next part of the form.
Is Application Form
To create an application form go to Administration -> Modules -> Forms.
1. Select the appropriate form, and click Edit Form Details.
2. Check Is Application Form. The following field will be exposed:

User can Reset or Retry if Criteria not met
Check if required, and click Save Form.
Add Answers
To create application form questions use the dropdown list, radio buttons or checkbox elements. When adding answers the following view will be presented:

Score
Enter an appropriate score for the answer.
Scoring Options
Drag and drop a Page Break Element onto the form.

Minimum score required
Enter an appropriate value.
Maximum score required
Enter an appropriate value.
Failure message
Enter an appropriate message.
Success message
Enter an appropriate value.
If criteria not met
Select an appropriate option.
View Application Statistics
To view the total number of applications, together with details of successful applicants go to Administration -> Modules -> Forms.
1. Select the appropriate form and click View Application Statistics.
