Mailing List Configuration Settings

Configuration Settings

To configure general settings for a mailing list go to Administration -> Modules -> Mailing List

1.  Select the appropriate Mailing List and click Configuration Settings. The following view will be presented:

2.  Edit the following fields:                             

New Subscriber Notification Email        

Enter an email address for a person who t will be notified when new users register for the mailing list.

Receive Notification for New Subscribers      

Check to send notification to the address above.

Templates to Use                                       

From the list of Bulk Email Templates select the ones to be associated with this mailing list.

Cancellation Email Subject                          

Define the subject line for an email which is generated when a user unsubscribes from a mailing list.  

Cancellation Email Body                             

Define the body of an email which is generated when a user unsubscribes from a mailing list.

Cancellation Email From Address                

Define the 'from' address of an email which is generated when a user unsubscribes from a mailing list.

3.  Click Save Configuration, and then Back to Options.
