Once appropriate user privileges have been allocated a Mega Menu may be created. Panels are then created, with elements added to the panel in order to add content. Once the appropriate panels have been created, they may then be added to the menu
Once the Mega Menu is activated it may be displayed by adding a GUID to the style sheet.
