On the site mobile users are to be redirected from create a landing page for mobile users. This will allow the user to select whether or not to go to the mobile site. Users can also choose to persist their selection.
Mobile Device Form Element
1. Drag and drop the Mobile Device Form Element on the page or template:

4. Go to Administration -> System -> Site Setup. The following view will be presented:

Automatically redirect mobile devices
If required check to redirect all mobile users to the nominated mobile site.

Click change to create a redirect to the mobile landing page
6. Click Save Settings.
