Assigning privileges
Go to Administration -> People -> Groups. The following view will be presented:
1. Select an appropriate group. The following options will be presented:
2.Select Privileges. The following view will be presented:
3. Select the Modules category from the drop down list, check to add the following privilege:
Manage Footer Navigation
4.Click Save and Finish Editing this Group. Repeat for other groups as required.
