Approving or Declining Petitions
Once a petition has been submitted it requires approval before it can appear on the web page. Administrators will receive email notification of petitions requiring moderation:
To moderate a Petition go to Administration -> Modules -> Petitions. The following view will be presented:
Note: Newly created petitions have ‘Awaiting Moderation’ in the status column.
1 Select the required petition. The following view will be presented:
2. Select Approve Petition, Decline Petition or Edit the petition as required.
Note: if Decline is selected enter text supplying a reason for declining the petition – this will be sent via email to the Petition Author.
