A SharePoint List may be imported into an Easysite Directory. Once an appropriate Directory has been created, go to Administration -> Data Exchange -> Packages.
Define Data Transfer Task
To import a List from SharePoint, create a Data Exchange Package, configure the Data Transfer Task.
1. Select the SharePoint List Data Source, and click Next. The following view will be presented:

The Name of the List on your SharePoint web
Select an appropriate list, and click Next. The following view will be presented:

Key Field
Check to select a field which will act as a unique identifier for records.
Hash Fields
Check to select appropriate Hash Fields. Hash Fields are used to identify if a list item has been amended since a previous import. Click Next.
5. For the Target Plugin select Directory Builder Import. The following view will be presented:

Directory
Select an appropriate Directory for the list items to be imported into.
Ignore Workflow
If required check to bypass any workflow that may be applied to the target Directory.
Delete All Records
If required, check to delete all existing records and repopulate the Directory from the SharePoint List.
Root category for records
If required select a Directory category to associate records with.
Note: records may only be associated with a single category during an import. If different categories are required a separate import must be run per category.
Root category for any imported assets
If required select an assets category to add any imported assets to.
Delete associated assets
If required, check to delete any assets imported with the list.
7. Click Next, the following view will be presented:
8. Map the listed fields from the SharePoint list to the appropriate Directory fields in the dropdown lists, and click Next. The following view will be presented:

Task Name
Enter an appropriate name for the Data Transfer task
Incremental Mode
If required, check to only import new records and records where data in the Hash Fields has changed since the last import.
10. Click Finish, and then Save.
Note: to run the Data Exchange package, click Run Now.
