The Cookie Consent Non JavaScript element is used to set the AllowEasysiteCookies cookie for users who do not have Javascript enabled. When a user clicks to accept cookies, they will be redirected to a nominated page. The Cookie Consent Non JavaScript element will then set the cookie manually before redirecting the user back to the previous page.
