To reset ratings go to Administration -> System -> Ratings.
1. Click Ratings Options for All Pages. The following view will be presented:
2.Edit/configure: Enable site-wide options Check if required. Display Ratings On All Pages Check if required. Enable Ratings On All Pages Check if required. 3. Click Save.
