Create a New Form
To create a new Registration Form go to Administration -> Users and Groups -> Registration Forms.
1. Click Create a New Form. The following view will be presented:
2. Edit/configure:
Form Name
Enter an appropriate name for the form.
Legend Name
Enter an appropriate legend for the form.
Note: the legend is the on screen name for the form.
Form Type
Select Registration.
3. Click Save Form. The following view will be presented:
Note: the registration form automatically generates account specific fields such as username and password. If required use Forms elements to capture supplementary information.
4. Click Save and then Save Form.
5. Click Save and Return to Form List. The following view will be presented:
6. Check to make the form active and click Save Selections.
7. Add the Registration Form element to the appropriate page or template.
