Workflow manager
Workflow allows System Users to approve content before it is published. The following functionality is available in Workflow:
Note that the following Privileges are required for users to create and manage Workflow processes:
Workflow Manager - allows the user to create and manage a Workflow process.
Workflow Audit - allows the user to Moderate Workflow.
Set Workflow Permissions - allows the user to apply workflow to a Directory.
Apply Workflow to Pages - allows the user to apply Workflow to specific pages.
Manage Transitions - allows the user to create and manage Transitions.
Force Workflow On Child Pages - allows the user to cascade workflow down through a section of the site.
