Before adding the option to a page go to Administration to configure Comments and Ratings.
Feedback Settings
To enable comments and/or ratings on an Easysite page go to Interaction -> Feedback Settings. The following view will be presented:
1. Edit/configure:
Display Comments On This Page
If required, check to display moderated comments on the page.
Enable Comments On This Page
Check if required.
Display Ratings On This Page
If required, check to display the ratings results on the page.
Enable Ratings On This Page
Check if required.
2. Click Save Page Feedback Settings.
