Creating a new instance of Access Channels.
Create New Access Channels
To create a new Access Channel go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Access Channels. The following view will be presented:

Maximum Channels per Page
Enter the maximum number of channels available for display on each page.
Access Channel Box Title
Enter a title for the Access Channel. This title is used for internal reference. It also appears as a heading for the access channel on the page.
Image Size
Select a default custom size for any assets added to the access channel.
Title Box Label
Enter a label for the contact name field. E.G. Contact.
Location Box Label
Enter a label for the contact location field. E.G. Location or Department.
Email Box Label
Enter a label for the contact email field.
Phone Box Label
Enter a label for the contact phone number field.
Fax Box Label
Enter a label for the contact fax number field.
More info 1 Box Label
If required, enter a label for an additional information field. E.G. Position.
More info 2 Box Label
If required, enter a label for an additional information field.
Link Box Label
Enter a label for the contact link field. E.G. Website
Link Box 2 Label
Enter a label for the contact link field.
Link Box 3 Label
Enter a label for the contact link field.
Active
Check to make the access channel available for use on the page.
Note: Any fields that remain unconfigured will not be displayed on the page.
3. Click Save Access Channel Details.
Editing Access Channels
To edit an existing Access Channel. go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Access Channels. The following view will be presented:
1. Select Edit Access Channel Details, and edit the fields as detailed above.
