Banner Management Global Configuration

Assigning Categories

Banner Campaigns can be categorised. This categorisation is used as an identifier for global campaigns - Campaigns which are added to a number of sites - when adding Campaigns to a page.

To associate a category with the Banner Module, go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Banner, and select Global Configuration. The following view will be created:

1. Edit/configure:

Campaign category

The parent category dropdown list displays top level, global system categories. Select the appropriate category.

User agents

By default, the Banner module tracks traffic by human users. If required, check to record User Agents - authenticated Bots - in Statistics.

2. Click Save.
