Permissions define which uses can view, and contribute to, the blog. To assign permission go to Administration -> Modules -> Blogging. The following view will be presented:
1. Select the appropriate blog. The following view will be presented:
2. Select Edit Blog Permissions.
3. Change the Types dropdown to Unassigned. The following view will be presented:
4. Check to assign the appropriate read and write permissions.
Note: Any user who can view a page where a blog is displayed will be able to read the blog entries.
Read permission allows users to view the blog in a list. This includes search results and an RSS feed of blog entries.
Write permission allows members of the group to add posts to the blog.
5. Click Save, and then Finished.
