Creating a Blog Summary
The blog summary element allows an administrator to display a list of entries from one or more blogs. For example:

Display posts from
Check to select the blogs to be included in the list.
Maximum posts
Enter the appropriate number of posts to be displayed..
Show Blog-Entry title as link
Check if required.
Show blogger avatar
Check if required.
Show summary
Check if required.
Note: if this option is selected, an optional character limit field will be presented.
Posted by label
Enter an appropriate label.
Show # of comments link
Check of required.
Show link to post
Check if required.
Note: if this option is select a post link field is exposed.
Show link to post comments
Check if required.
Show published date
Check if required, and select the appropriate formatting options.
Order by
Select an appropriate option.
Order direction
Select an appropriate option.
