Portal Asset Lister

The Portal Asset Lister creates a list of assets which the end user can add to their portal. For example:

1.Drag and drop the Portal Asset Lister element onto the Portal:

3. Edit/Configure:

Asset Category

Click Change to select an appropriate asset category. The end user will be able to add or remove assets from this category to the Portal.

Asset Type

Select the appropriate option.

Title

Enter an appropriate title for the portlet.

No Assets Select Message

Enter an appropriate message to displayed before the user has added images to the list.

Can be Hidden

Check if required.

Note: if this option is selected, select whether or not the portlet is to be hidden by default.

Collapsible

Check if required.

Note: if this option is selected, select whether or not the portlet is to be collapsed by default.
