Assigning privileges
ŒGo to Administration -> People -> Groups:
1. Select the required Group and click Assign Privileges to Group.
2. ŽFrom the drop down box, select the Modules category:
3. Check the required options:
Manage Cross Site Publication – Allows users to manage Cross Site Publication
Define Templates - Allows users to add required elements and apply template rules to new templates
Manage Templates - Allows users to add required elements and apply template rules to existing templates
Define Workflow - Allows users to create workflow processes
Workflow Audit - Allows users to moderate workflow
Manage Transitions - Allows users to add the Cross Site Publication transition to a workflow
4. Click Save and then Finished.
