This element allows for an Asset - including Code Assets - to be attached to a Directory record. Assets may either browsed from the Asset Manager or uploaded as a new Asset. For example:

Field
Enter an appropriate label for the element.
Show in Detail Page
Select whether this field is displayed when the full (i.e. detailed) database record is displayed. Useful if some fields need to be searchable but hidden from view.
Image Size
Select an appropriate Image Size for the Asset to displayed at when the full record is viewed.
Summary Page Options
The Summary View is a tabular display of matching records. The Administrator will determine which fields are listed in this view.
Options
Select whether the field is displayed as a link to the full record, plain text or hidden from the Summary view.
Image Size
Select an appropriate Image Size for the Asset to displayed at in the Summary view.
Listing Page Options
Selects whether this field is displayed when the Directory is rendered as a list, either by the Directory element or when displayed via an RSS feed.
Options
Select whether the field is displayed as a link to the full record, plain text or hidden from the Listing view.
Note: one element should be set as Show As Link In Listing, one element as Show in Listing and all other should be configured to Do Not Show in Listing id the RSS feed is to render correctly.
Tracking
If the Analytics module is in use, select whether or not views of the Asset should be tracked.
4. Click OK.
