This element add a multiselect multiple choice element to the Directory. An example of the Multiple Select Box in use could be:
Multiple Select Box Form Element
1. Drag and drop the Multiple Select Box element into the appropriate location:

Field
Enter an appropriate question.
Layout
Select whether the question and answers are displayed in two separate columns, or whether the answers sit under the question as rows in a single column.
Physical Width
Enter the width of the answer box in percentage of the screen.
Mandatory
If required, check to make completion of the field mandatory.
Display rows
Enter the number of rows to be displayed. If the number of options exceeds the number of rows the end user will be presented with a scrollbar to via the additional options.
Render as
Select the required option.
Note that Listbox is illustrated in the example at the top of the page.
Can Select Multiple Options
If required, check to allow end users to select more than one option by using CTRL.
Show as
Select if the element and the responses are to render in the Records view when managing Entries. If the element is to display select whether or not is displays as a link to full response.
