Directory Builder allows users to assign a category(ies) to a particular directory record, so similar entries can be viewed together when the Directory is viewed on a page. For example:
Add a Category
Go to Administration -> App -> Modules -> Directory.
1. Select the appropriate directory and click Options -> Categories:
System Categories – this displays all the categories contained within EasySite.
Directory Categories – this displays the list of categories that could be assigned to a particular directory entry.
2. Drag and drop the required Category/ies to the Directory Categories.
Reorder Categories
To reorder categories, select Reorder Categories. Drag and drop the categories to create the required order.
