Adding a Discussion Board to a Page

Before a board may be added to a page, it must be made Active.

1. To activate a board go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Discussion Forums. The following view will be presented:

2. Check to make the required board active, and Save Selections.

1. Drag and drop the Discussion Forum element onto the page or template.

Topic Layout

Select the required layout:

Table/Grid LayoutThe Table/Grid layout presents a traditional table view of a Discussion Forum.
Discussion Forum List LayoutThe List Layout presents a list of topics and associated responses.
Top Level LayoutThe Top Level Layout presents a simplified view of the board, showing the total number of posts together with details of the last post.
