Configuring an Instance of Events

Configuring the set up, templates and views of the Events module.


To configure an instance of Events go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Events.

1. Select the appropriate Events instance. The following view will be presented:

2. Select Options. The following options are available:

  • SetupConfiguring basic Events settings including booking processes, categories and permissions.
  • TemplateTemplates allow System Users to define bespoke fields for population and display when an individual event is viewed.
  • ViewsViews use the elements from the Events template to create alternate presentation of Event data, for example a staff view and an end user view of the event.
