The Long Text element presents a multi-line text area, which may be used to capture data in regard to an Event. For example:

Drag and drop the Long Text element onto the template:
1. Configure the element. The following view will be presented:
2. Edit/configure:
Label
Enter an appropriate label for the element.
Help Text
If required, enter text to be displayed to the user completing the field.
Required
If required, check to make completion of the field mandatory.
Display as
Select the appropriate option.
Edit as
Select the appropriate option. If required prepopulate the field via default text.
