List View

List View

The List View presents a list of Events. Selecting an event displays the detail and, if enabled, allows the user to book onto the event. For example:

Summary View

Select the List View. The following view will be presented:

1. Edit/configure:


Enter an appropriate title for the calendar.

Render title as

Select the header tag for the title.


Select the appropriate Theme for the calendar.

Add button label

Enter appropriate text for the add button.

Show summary

If required, check to expose the event description as a summary.

Note: if required enter an appropriate character limit.

Date format

Select the appropriate option.

Show time

Check if required.

Show image

Check if required.

Initial year/month

Select the appropriate options. These are typically set to show the current month and year.

Initial category

Categories may be implemented to filter events by type. If required select a specific category for display.

Show past events

Check if required.

Group events by month

If required, check to display events under subheadings for month

Link to page not to view

A dedicated page may be created for an event. if required, check to redirect to this page when the event is selected to be viewed.

Enable pagination

If required, check to paginate the list of events.

Note: enter an appropriate number of records to displayed per page.

Allow search

Check if required.

Note: select a position and time period for the search.
