The Multiple Choice element adds a series of multi choice questions to the form. An example of the Multiple Choice in use is:

1. Drag and drop the Multiple Choice element into the appropriate location:

Field
Enter an appropriate question.
Friendly Label
If required, enter a Friendly label to be presented to an end user.
Aria label
If required, enter an Aria Label, which is read out by assistive technology such as a screen reader.
Render As
Select the appropriate option.
Every question requires an answer
Check if required.
Every Validation Message
Enter an appropriate message.
4. Click Set Questions.The following view will be presented:
5. Add an appropriate question and click Save. Once all the appropriate answers have been added click Finished.
6. Click Set Range. The Range defines the list if available answers. The following view will be presented:
