Forms Advanced adds additional features to the Forms Module:

Configure Default Recipients for Shared ListsIf a Shared List is utilised to populate the answers for a Form field, configure the user to be notified if a specified answer is selected.
Application FormsApplication Forms allows Administrators to create questions containing pass/fail criteria. Users must meet these criteria in order to proceed to the next part of the Form. form.
