Application Forms

Application Forms allows Administrators to create questions containing pass/fail criteria. Users must meet these criteria in order to proceed to the next part of the Form.

Is Application Form

To create an Application Form go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Forms.

1. Select the appropriate form and go to Options -> General

2. Check Is Application Form. The following field will be exposed:

3. Edit/configure:

User can Reset or Retry if Criteria not met

If required, check to allow the end user to change their answer if the pass/fail criteria is not met.

Add Answers

To create Application Form questions use the Dropdown Box, Radio buttons or Checkbox elements. When adding answers the following view will be presented:

1. Edit/configure:

Score

Enter the score for end user will be given when selecting the answer. 

Scoring Options

Drag and drop a Page Break Element onto the form.

1. Configure the element. The following view will be presented:

2. Edit/configure:

Minimum score required

Enter a the minimum score the end user must achieve to proceed to the next question.

Maximum score required 

Enter an maximum score the end user must achieve to proceed to the next question.

Failure message

Enter an appropriate message.

Success message

Enter an appropriate value.

If criteria not met

Select whether the end user should be prevented from continuing, or be allowed to continue if the scoring criteria is not met. Note this decision may influence the content of the Failure message.

View Application Statistics

To view the total number of applications, together with details of successful applicants go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Forms.

1. Select the appropriate form and click View Application Statistics.
