Configure Default Recipients for Shared Lists

If a Shared List is utilised to populate the answers for a Form field, configure the user to be notified if a specified answer is selected.

Select a Shared List

To configure recipients for a Shared List go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Forms.

1. Select Options -> Configure Default Recipients for Shared Lists:

2. Edit/configure:

Select the appropriate Shared List. The following view will be presented:

3. Select the required item:

4.  Check to assign the appropriate user(s) and click Save.
