Before a Navigation Menu can be applied to a page it must be made active.
Activating a Custom Navigation
To activate a Navigation Menu, go to Administration -> Apps -> Modules -> Navigation Menus. The following view will be presented:
1. Check to make the appropriate custom navigation(s) active, and then click Save Selection.
