Assigning privileges
Go to Administration -> People -> Groups. The following view will be presented:
1. Select the required Group and click Privileges:
From the drop down, select the Modules category and assign the required privileges:
Manage PDF Converter - allows the user to select a PDF Converter.
Click Save and then Finished. Repeat for any other groups which require the same privileges.
